About us
Terminal One is a holding company established in 2017 by a group of entrepreneurs closely tied to their territory, who have created and manage successful businesses. It is a private, non-political, and ethical investment company.
Its focus is on key development projects, with investments in strategic infrastructure and real estate, for long-term territorial growth.
Terminal One Parking
Between 2019 and 2020, Terminal One developed a partnership with the Municipality of Reggio Emilia and RFI to create a parking lot next to the Mediopadana AV Station, along with an underpass for connecting it to the road network. The goal was to further enhance the area surrounding the Mediopadana AV Station.
In the future, the area will become a global hub for capital and investment attraction, a destination for business endeavors, research and development, innovation, culinary excellence promotion, event and performances organization, and for those who want to establish their national headquarters here.
